Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product you purchase from us fails to meet a consumer guarantee – for example, it arrives damaged, is not as described, or is not of acceptable quality – you are entitled to a remedy.

For a major problem, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund. For a minor problem, we may choose to repair the item or offer a replacement.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

How to request a return

Contact us at admin@minleong.art with your order number and a description (and photos, if relevant) of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Proof of purchase

You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

Return shipping

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will either provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable postage costs.

Refund method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

Artwork-specific notes

Due to the nature of original paintings and prints, please inspect your order promptly on arrival. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the damage.

Colours may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in monitors and displays. Minor colour variation between screen and print is not considered a fault.
